Ashley Olsberg spent her life in the studio. It all started with dancing. Dancing through the good times and dancing through the bad times. This moving meditation anchored her in creativity and was her stronghold. Wanting to pay it forward, Ashley began teaching dance and enjoyed watching others find their inner muse.
Ashley went on to study and graduate from University of North Texas with a degree in Psychology. Missing the studio life however, she quickly found herself becoming interested in yoga. She went on to learn many styles of yoga some of which were: Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa. Inspired by the art form, she went on to seek out training from teachers such as: Rebecca Butler, Ana Forest, Rodney Yee, and Colleen Saidman Yee.
Ashley went on to complete her RYT 200 training in hopes of sharing the art of yoga with others. Ashley has an appreciation for meditation and the balance of asana, pranyama and meditation that is evident in her teaching. Her goal is to make yoga an experience for her students allowing them to settle into the moment and let their practice truly be absorbed. Ashley believes yoga can be fun...creative...healing...strengthening and enlightening.
